Indrotec, Staffing and Workforce Management is now recruiting for Skilled Medical Assemblers to work with our client located in Plymouth, MN. This is a non-clean room position conducting detailed inspections using tools to buff and remove any defects under a microscope.
Duties and Responsibilties:
- Perform repetitive tasks to prescribed procedures in mass finishing and detail polishing to process components to specification
- Follow all Safety Policies and practices, attend required safety programs and wear personal protective equipment when required
- Be available for overtime when required, with 3 day notice
- Perform general housekeeping as required to keep work area clean and safe
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
- Participate and support Lean activities in department and company
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work at a microscope for entire shift
- Small parts assembly experience in a clean room environment is preferred
- 6-12 months building under a Microscope experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to adapt to change in working hours and conditions
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a drug test, criminal background check and all required assessments
