Part-time bilingual dental receptionist needed for a busy Minneapolis clinic with a high volume of Spanish-speaking patients. Our client is looking to get someone started very soon!
Humera, formerly Dolphin Staffing, is looking for a friendly and dedicated part-time dental receptionist for a long-term contract. The ability to cross train in different areas of the clinic is often available to those that make a great first impression.
Duties in this position will include:
- Greeting patients both in person and over the phone, assisting them with a variety of needs, including scheduling and canceling appointments, verifying insurance information, etc.
- Collecting co-pays as patients check in for their appointments
- Maintaining a professional and friendly approach when dealing with patients, colleagues, nurses and doctors in what can sometimes be a sensitive situation
The person in this role will need to be:
- Completely fluent in Spanish
- Experienced in a medical or customer service setting, with preferential treatment given to those with previous scheduling experience
- Reliable and prompt to make sure patients are never waiting
- Experienced in medical software, especially Epic
- Available to work Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 12:30pm.
