Job Description:
We have a need for 2 Junior Staffing Consultants to work for our sister company! Strong ability to multi-task is necessary for this role. Candidates will need to be driven, motivated and willing to learn in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Answer a high volume if inbound calls (1000+ per week), both directing callers to the appropriate party or providing resolution;
  • Recruit, assess, interview, place and retain qualified candidates;
  • Counsel employees on performance related issues and determine appropriate disciplinary action up to and including termination;
  • Ensure accurate and current documentation on all daily communication;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to temporary employees and client companies;
  • Select candidates to fulfill client job orders;
  • Assist with administrative duties and tasks as needed.

Required Skills, Knolwedge and Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to understand multiple dialects from an extremely diverse range of callers and employees;
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation to travel to client sites as needed;
  • Strong understanding of general business, office terminology and basic computer skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain professionalism over the phone.
