Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Department Specialist with fast and accurate keying abilities. This position is working with our client, a leader in the grocery retail industry. This is a one year long contracted position. Our client encourages fresh thinking, offers an environment of inclusion and support and sets no boundaries on your achievement.
  • Complete work in the following programs: Excel, Outlook, CrystalReports, Oracle Financials, Adobe Writer, and Integrity
  • Complete data entry in Oracle financials
  • Maintain and format complex records
  • Prepares and balance data

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Ability to run and manipulate reports using CrystalReports program
  • Must be able to manipulate and create formulas in Excel
  • Ability to create specification sheets using Adobe Writer
  • Strong ability to work with multiple computer programs, including, but not limited to: Excel, Outlook, Crystal Reports, Oracle Financials, Adobe Writer and Integrity
