THE RIGHT STAFF has a Customer Service Sales Support opportunity for a candidate with strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills to start their career path in a temp to hire position.
WORK HOURS: 9:00am-6:00pm Monday thru Friday. This is an excellent opportunity with a great company in the Lake Elmo area!

DESCRIPTION/DUTIES: Position Summary: Supports both the Customer Service Department and Administrative Assistant in Sales.
Process orders from customers in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. Handle other customer requests or issues that may or may not relate directly to an order, and assist in handling general office duties that are assigned. Prepare quotes upon request, process sample requests, and provide product literature and general support to the Sales Department.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to multi task ' Ability to organize work as required to meet customer or corporate demands ' Ability to prioritize work, determining what is critical and needs to be completed
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 2 or 4 year degree preferred. H.S.Grad with the right level of experience will be considered.
