Allina Home and Community Services (HCH) is the trusted provider and expert resource in delivering patient-centered care and services for patients and families needing rehabilitation, advanced-illness or end-of-life care. With headquarters located in St. Paul, Minn., services are provided in 19 Minnesota counties, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Responsibilities
- Staffs all assigned schedules w/ appropriate personnel in timely fashion
- Establishes/maintains work schedules, on-call schedule
- Prepares for and/or covers weekend staffing
- Responds to patient/family and field staff phone calls, answering or directing to appropriate party
- Clerical duties include processing charts, MD orders, labs, and team meeting information
- Work with KRONOS for payroll
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- CNA, LPN, HUC certification preferred
- 1yr healthcare experience preferred, Home care/Hospice experience preferred
- 1yr customer service experience
- Staffing experience preferred
- Involved in multiple tasks concurrently
Skills:
- Customer service knowledge and skill
- Proper phone etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Computer skills/Windows environment helpful, Excel
- Accepts change and responds positively
- Critical thinking and problem solving
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
- Part-time: 24 hours/week
- Day Shift
- Every other weekend
- Non Contract
