 Customer Support/Service Rep
Insite Software is a rapidly expanding software firm located in the bustling Minneapolis Warehouse District.  Our diverse customer base includes manufacturing, distributers and retailers in multiple industries throughout the world providing variety and challenging opportunities.

We currently have an opening for a Customer Support/Service Rep.  You will work directly with customers to assist in resolving application, integration and operational issues.  In this capacity you will be the primary contact for inbound telephone call response.  Additionally, you will direct/distribute customer calls in support voicemail and email accounts

Requirements include:

  • Strong customer service focused background
  • Knowledge of PC client/server configurations, software, connectivity, troubleshooting , diagnosis and repair
  • Ability to quickly learn and work comfortably with new technology –training provided on software utilized 
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work with others and proficiency in problem solving
