Description:
Project Manager / Business Analyst

A full-time (exempt) position with primary responsibilities of developing plans, organizing the project strategy, coordinating resources to execute the strategy, and monitoring project progress and success as it relates to processes and systems.  Works closely with external clients, IT, Sales, Executive Management, Subject Matter Experts, Developers, Business Analysts, and others to coordinate and manage implementing our software product with new clients.  This role requires 25% travel.

 

“HOW WILL I BE CHALLENGED?”

•               Ensure Development/Delivery of all Documentation Deliverables, Identify and Manage Scope Changes, Control Scope, Manage Issues Prior to Escalating, Serve as Focal Point for Project Team, Including Issue Resolution and Productive Discussion Facilitation

•               Interact with new and existing external clients, to understand and document client workflow and gather requirements,

•               Work Closely with Users, Developers, and Quality Assurance to Implement Solutions

•               Ensure Timeline and Time Tracking Management, Budget Tracking and Management, and Resource Availability and Management; Identify and Document ROI

•               Facilitate and Manage Input into Project Plans with Detailed Work Tasks and Dates

 

“HOW CAN I BE CONSIDERED?”

•               This position requires a minimum of 3 year's project management or business analyst experience, related to software implementation. 

•               Must include external client facing experience

•               Knowledge of the full project lifecycle/SDM's/ITIL

•               Experience in utilizing project management tools/techniques with adherence to a project methodology, and technically competent at the desktop level using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio

•               Four-year college degree or equivalent is required

Ability to manage resources to a project schedule, organize material, prepare concise analyses, communicate through good writing skills along with strong presentation skills (verbal and written), strong conflict and negotiation, are all skills critical to success in this position.  Self-motivated; independent worker with the ability to multi-task and the ability to work with/influence a team while driving to project deadlines.
