Job Description

Administrative Assistant needed for a Temp to Hire Opportunity located in the Northeast Metro. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, friendly, have a professional phone presence and possess outstanding customer service skills. This position includes a variety of work and needs a flexible person with a "can do" attitude. Duties include answering phones and re-directing calls, data entry, running reports, coordinating meetings, and making collection calls. Requirements: Must have experience with QuickBooks, Google Mail, be proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and have experience working with databases. Hours are M-F, 8am-5pm. Pay $13.50/hr.
