Responsibilities
- Management and Leadership of business support areas in a singly specialty or multi-speciality site
- Organize work site and work processes to optimize service and operational efficiencies
- Lead and develop staff and work teams, including training, orientation, and coaching to achieve operation and behavioral service objectives
- Day-to-day work with all areas/departments to resolve issues
- This includes team building, positive conflict resolution, customer service, and process improvement
- Balance needs of organization and needs of staff while keeping the patient at the center of all we do
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- AA degree
- 5-7yrs business operations experience
- 3-5 yrs healthcare supervisory experience
- BLS certification
- Proven excellent organizational skills and attention to details of systems and projects
- Proven experience to establish and maintain confidentiality as well as effective written and verbal communication
- Foster an environment based on mutual respect, team work, and open communication, while maintaining a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, and leading individuals to progressively higher level performance and behavior
- Demonstrated experience to show initiative , critical thinking, and make informed decisions
- Strong knowledge of business operations and ability to manage multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment
- Knowledge and ability to utilize process improvement principles, tools, and methods
- Ability to access and utilize resources available within Allina/AMC

Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Day/Eve Shift
- Work Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm
- Occasional weekends
