Cambridge Medical Center, located in Cambridge, Minn., just north of the Twin Cities metro area, is a large multi-specialty clinic and a 57-bed hospital on one campus. Cambridge Medical Center has 900 employees and 50 physicians. Dedicated to providing patient-centered care in an atmosphere that promotes healing and comfort, Cambridge Medical Center provides services to more than 136,000 inpatients and outpatients each year.
Provides Human Resources to support to Medical Center leaders and staff. Assist in the interpretation of policies, procedures and union contracts to both employees and leaders. Provides guidance to leaders regarding performance management and disciplinary issues. Leads in the investigation of HIPAA, EEO/AA, discrimination/harssment complaints or other staff concerns. Leads the employee orientation process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Minimum of five years experience is required in progressive Health Care Human Resources, including labor and employee relations
- Strong communication skill, both written and verbal
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
- Full Time position (40 hours per week)
- Day Shift
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, days; occasionally other hours as needed.
