?Two year degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience Required:
?Five years experience in customer service
?Two years experience in a call center environment
?Experience with a technology help desk system
?Experience with software testing
?Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Office) and Internet skills
Provide first-level technical support
Manage technical incidents through standard procedures
Perform quality assurance test analyst tasks
Manage software defects identified through testing
