Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing closing documents
- Reviewing HUD’s
- Assuring loans are closed accurately and all conditions have been met
Requirements:
- 3 years of closing experience
- Working Knowledge of a complete loan file (FHA, VA and Conventional) is a MUST along with good written and verbal communication skills.
