ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER/OPERATIONS MANAGER
Minnesota Dehydrated Vegetables, Inc in Fosston, MN is accepting applications for an Assistant General Manager/Operations Manager. This position works under the general direction of the General Manager and is responsible for directing and coordinating activities of the overall operations.
Major duties include:
• directs and coordinates production, processing, distribution and marketing activities
• analyzing financial resources
• monitor production schedules and orders
• review inventory and cost control programs
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years related experience. Prefer experience in food industry, vegetable processing and/or dehydration. Candidate must have a strong management background, ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines, work independently and as part of a team, organizational and planning skills a must and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
