The Commercial Building Engineer(CBE) is responsible for performance of the day to day maintenence operations of the physical facilities and grounds of one or more commercial properties and secondarily may be required to assist with the maintenence at selected multi-family rental properties.
Boiler License preferred
HVAC experience preferred
