A Chanhassen company is in need of a higher level Customer Service Representative with billing and invoice experience to assist in a long term project. The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer's service related issues with the field and internal resources within an assigned region within the U.S. and Canada. Other responsibilities include:

*Coordinate service delivery between field resources and customers

*Debrief all service calls to ensure invoices are lined up before sending to the billing group

*Monitor open tickets and reacts accordingly to ensure timely service

*Order parts and lifts for field and customers

*Verify and update ETAs for customer communications

*Communicate with customers and account reps regarding service request status

*Generate reports for service management and customers

*Work with installation regions regarding labor resources

*Communicate expectations to field

*Contact customers for authorization requirements as required

*Create service tickets upon request

*Review technician?s paperwork to verify accuracy of information to ensure correct billing

*Follow up for timely return of paperwork and RMAs

*Provides backup for Service Dispatchers and Service Coordinators in other regions


*Ability to commit to a long-term position and pass required background check and drug test

*Past billing or invoice experience preferred

*2-3 years customer service related experience with previous experience in a similar environment

*Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment

*Excellent typing and data entry skills and experience working in Microsoft Word and Excel

*Ability to communicate technical issues to customers and the field

*Bi-lingual language skills are a plus
