Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Instructor of English. These positions (4 total) are fixed-term/9 month appointments starting fall 2012. As an instructor, you will be responsible for: 1) teaching composition (ENG 111) and other General Education courses as needed; 2) providing service to the department and the university; 3) contributing to student life beyond the classroom; and 4) continuing study or professional development. If you possess an MA in English or closely related field and have substantial post-secondary teaching experience with primary responsibilities in English Composition instruction, we encourage you to apply.
