The City of Rochester, Minnesota (pop. 106,000) is seeking a Benefits and Safety Administrator to perform professional work involving the administration and development of human resource programs emphasizing occupational safety/health and employee benefits.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in industrial relations, human resources administration, business administration, public administration or closely related field combined with a minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in the areas of occupational safety and health administration and seven (7) years progressive experience in the administration of employee benefits programs.
2011 starting salary range $73,099 to $85,998, depending on qualifications, with advancement to $107,497.
