The Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving customer’s requests, through the telephone, email or voicemail as appropriate to efficiently process customer information, and respond to inquiries and complaints in a prompt, diplomatic and courteous manner.
Qualified candidates should have High School Diploma or Equivalent and excellent oral, reading and written Communication Skills as well as computer literacy/Keyboard, Customer Relations/Filing Skills. Able to work in a fast- paced work environment with the ability to work on multiple priorities. 2 years customer service experience required
