*Receive incoming calls from customers regarding orders placed

*Place outbound calls to follow up, resolve or troubleshoot any order issues

*Respond to customer inquiries by email

*Provide knowledge of order status and tracking information

*Enter data and maintain accurate records

Requirements

*1+ years of recent experience in a call center environment

*Ability to commit to a potential temporary-to-hire position at $12/hour

*Ability to pass a background check and drug test

*High school diploma or equivalent

*Excellent communication skills
Hours: Monday -- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
