If you are a Self-Motivated, Hardworking person with a Great Attitude we at Sidal Realty have the job for you! We are looking for a full-time Roving Maintenance Technician for our 8 apartment communities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Accurate Completion of Work Orders and Follow Up
- Turn Overs on Vacant Units
- Appliance Trouble Shooting and Repair
- Vendor Communication
- General Repair and Upkeep of Physical Structure of Building
Experience preferred:
- Boilers
- Pools
- Carpentry
- Other General Maintenance Knowledge is a huge plus!
* You will be required to be on-call for at least one full week each month
(Including the weekend) for after hours emergencies.
* Since you will be roving to all 8 of our properties in the Metro, you are required to have reliable transportation with appropriate car insurance.
