Position Overview:
Generalist responsibilities to proactively manage HR projects, propose solutions, timing and action of solution. Supports business initiatives with a focus on project management and learning and development.

Essential Functions:

Principle Accountabilities & Authorities:
Project Management
Manages key projects for the Human Resources team; projects include:

Annual and midyear performance management/review processes
Succession planning
Benefits annual open enrollment
Annual Employee Survey
Internship program process
Technology initiatives
Related projects as assigned
Manages process, communication, and documentation requirements for ShopNBC policy/compliance initiatives

Serves as a consultant to the business to identify, develop and implement training needs that align with corporate initiatives.
New team member orientation-responsible for content creation and implementation of training for new team members company wide. Manages facilitator schedule.
Evaluates and implements training programs from external resources as needed.
Monitor the effectiveness of training on team members and provides leadership and coaching to the HR team from a training perspective.

Recognition and Communications
Serves as liaison with corporate communications to ensure timely and accurate communications to team members on HR processes and events.
Owner and HR leader for ShopNBC Recognition; responsible for development and implementation of program enhancements and represents the program to the Officer team and company wide.
Other duties as assigned.

Less than 10% travel required
Career Path:
Director Human Resources > VP, Human Resources

Bachelor's degree (B.A.), or equivalent experience

3-5 years of HR generalist experience preferred with a concentration in training.
Specifically, content design, creation and delivery.
3-5 years leading corporate projects strongly preferred.
1-3 years experience in electronic retailing preferred.
