We are currently seeking two ambitious, adaptable employees to play an integral role in our growth.  The ideal candidates for the positions of Account Coordinator and Account Manager will be enthusiastic, sales and operations minded individuals who are interested in working for a company that is experiencing growth.

The Account Coordinator supports the assigned client accounts with regard to all administrative operations. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the coordination of the assigned accounts by performing all administrative duties relating to the account including but not limited to:
  1. Compile data into appropriate recap format (i.e. Excel spreadsheet, other) and analyze data for the purpose of reporting performance data to client.
  2. Review and react to completion numbers for client accounts.
  3. Document and track all field issues and follow-up to resolution.
  4. Coordinate monthly mailings, and special projects/mailings for assigned client accounts.
  5. Maintain store list for client accounts; tracking and implementing additions and/or deletions of stores and class changes in a timely fashion. 
  • Communicate all account specific service information, including overall objectives and daily initiatives, to the field and office staff.
  • Develop monthly instructions (directives) and prepare for mailing.
  • Create and test surveys as directed by supervisor
  • Assist with Service Representative and internal staff questions with regard to client accounts.
  • Contact store personnel for the purpose of problem resolution.
  • Enter pertinent information into project tracking tool.
  • Perform other related duties and work on special projects as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess and/or have the ability to:

  • a Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • prefer direct experience working with client accounts.
  • operate a personal computer and standard as well as more advanced software, including Word, Excel, Access and Internet related programs
  • confidence and high comfort level with using the telephone as the main communication tool
  • effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing; prioritize and multi-task multiple projects successfully to completion.
  • work independently and within a team environment.
  • be resourceful, assertive, detail oriented, energetic and highly self motivated.
  • organize, schedule and follow instructions.
  • be flexible to accommodate pressures and demands as required by schedules, deadlines, etc.

The Account Manager is responsible for project management and client relations for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze client needs and goals and evaluate current and proposed business processes.
  • Design the service plan of assigned accounts
  • Translate customer goals and objectives into service directive, including project instructions and surveys, for field employees.
  • Communicate all account specific service information, including overall objectives and daily initiatives, to the field and office staff. 
  • Retain client base through follow-up and relationship building.
  • Generate new business through existing accounts and referrals.
  • Review completed call reports, and respond/report critical information to Operations, management and account contacts. 
  • Track service performance, drive completion and verify compliance of assigned accounts. 
  • Report findings from call reports and other communication from field staff to clients on a timely basis according to the preference of the client (i.e. spreadsheet, high-level reporting)

        Qualified candidates will possess and/or have the ability to:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prefer at least 3 years of project management experience with direct client contact in a retail environment.
  • Operate a personal computer and standard as well as more advanced software, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Front, Page, Access and Internet related programs.
  • Interact with all levels of employees and customers.
  • Excellent organization, presentation and documentation skills.
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
  • Prioritize and multi-task multiple projects successfully to completion.
  • Resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Work independently and within a team environment.
  • Organize, schedule and follow instructions.
  • Be flexible to accommodate pressures and demands as required by schedules, deadlines, etc.
