Job Description:
Seeking an Customer Service Representative! Humera is in need of an Customer Service Representative to work for our client, a medical technologies company. Our client is committed to innovating for life by pushing the boundaries of medical technology and changing the way the world treats chronic disease. This is a year long contract assignment.
  • Respond to inquiries from patients, customers, field personal, or company employees regarding patient registration, identification cards, device tracking, and general questions
  • Represent team and department to other departments and needed
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of products that are registered
  • Assess, validate, and enter patient, device, and doctor records in an accurate and timely manner to the company registry in accordance with FDA regulations and company standards to support internal and external customers
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure compliance with all pertinent tracking and patient privacy regulations and standards
  • Understand and comply with all device tracking requirements by product, applicable patient privacy and confidentially rules
  • Meet department productivity, service, and development goals
  • Identify barriers and bottlenecks in work processes
  • Demonstrate initiative and innovation by recommending solutions that add value to customers, enhance employee productivity, and improve morale
  • Participate in special projects, assignments, and tasks as requested by management

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, balancing workload between many tasks
  • Ability to sustain productivity while ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply technical information
