Administrative Assistant - Eden Prairie, MN - 10-12 week assignment
Successful Eden Prairie company is looking for an interim administrative professional to cover a medical leave for 10-12 weeks. The company is fantastic and is known for treating employees and contractors extremely well. Duties will involve: Answering phones, following up with internal employees and external clients via emails, setting up appointments, record keeping, filing, assisting with Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and more!
The office environment is very professional so we are looking for someone with excellent skills, a friendly personality and a professional image.
The position will start on approximately 4/16/12. There will be 1-2 weeks of training by the person going on leave followed by the actual leave of approximately 10 weeks.
Required: Minimum of 2 years recent Administrative experience. Intermediate MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check. ability to work 8am to 5pm or possibly a 7:30 to 4:30 schedule. MUST commit to the entire 10-12 weeks.
