A new restaurant is opening in Fargo North Dakota – a contemporary supper club with a dining room grill! We are seeking a General Manager, Executive Chef /Grill Master, and Bartender /Mixologist, as well as several sous and prep chefs positions, servers, hosts and dishwashers.
General Manager Duties: The General Manager is responsible for insuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training and development of hourly and salaried staff. We are looking for a problem-solver and hands-on, lead-by-example team-builder whose competence is surpassed only by his/her positive attitude. The General Manager is responsible for budgeting, driving sales, overall customer experience, scheduling, and meeting established goals.
Executive Chef / Grill Master Duties: The EC is responsible for insuring excellence in food service and food safety through effective training and development of hourly and salaried staff. We are looking for the perfect combination of an experienced chef, a strong leader and team-builder in one special person. Food safety training is a must. This is a grill-oriented restaurant and knowledge of beef products, ageing, and sourcing is desirable but not required. The EC is responsible for budgeting, driving sales and meeting established kitchen goals.
Bartender / Mixologist Duties: The Mixologist is responsible for insuring excellence in bar and beverage service and safety through effective training and development of hourly and salaried staff. We are seeking an experience bartender who has a solid knowledge of classic cocktails as well as trendy drinks, utilizing fresh fruits, handmade syrups and fresh herbs. We need a leader and team player whose friendly yet tempered demeanor is both reassuring and charismatic.
Sous Chefs, Prep Chefs, Servers, Hosts, and Dishwashers: We are seeking professional and positive individuals who want to be part of an exceptional team. If you are skilled, dependable, friendly and ready to learn even more about food, wine, and excellent service, we would love to meet you.
