CPA certification (U.S. or foreign); exp working in Asia-Pacific business finance and corporate regulations; budgeting, financial analysis, financial statements, AP/AR, and cash management; with accounting software applications including Microsoft Dynamics or SAP Finance Module; in international tax, software accounting, capitalization, US GAAP standards or IFRS; and, with cash-flow management and forecasting.
