DIRECTOR OF FOOD ~ Chef's Supervisor

Restaurant and Banquet Facility doing more than $2,000,000 of business per year seeking experienced Director of Food to oversee all Chef Positions & Kitchen supervisors as well as purchase ALL food and related items. The current Beverage Manager is responsible for all beverage purchases (including an extensive wine list). Qualifications: A positive attitude & the ability to coordinate a well-educated mgmt team with numerous years of exp. Previous Executive Chef's exp of 4 +years or 3 years Food and Beverage mgmt exp. This individual will report directly to the GM. Req’s current residence within 250 miles of Sioux Falls, SD, extensive background in excellence in customer service, an outgoing personality, a TEAM orientation and an ability to work on your own with little supervision with plenty of SUPPORT.
