REQUIRED
- High School Diploma
- 3+ year’s customers service/sales experience
- Computer experience and data entry accuracy are essential
- Excellent customer focus and problem solving abilities
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- 2-4 year degree or equivalent experience in customer service
- Prior Experience in Inbound or Outbound Call Centers
- Experience in handling in a high volume Call Center
