The Primary function of the CSR is to assist callers in obtaining information they seek as it relates to the company's lifestyle behavior change programs. Responsible for acting as a liaison between the caller and the appropriate program teams for follow-up.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements: Excellent computer skill, strong multi-tasking ability, and able to toggle quickly through multiple screens to find necessary information. College degree or heathcare experience is preferred.
