Community Options St. Paul is seeking a full time Clinical Team Lead for a 14-bed intensive residential treatment facility for adult persons who are experiencing significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms, who are demonstrating significant functional impairments, and who may have co-occurring chemical dependency and/or personality disorder.
Requirements
- Independent licensor as a LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- At least 2 years post masters experience with adult persons with a serious mental illness
- Demonstrated experience in the evidence based practices of rehabilitation/recovery, IDDT, IMR and trauma informed care
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills for a team of 16
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
Job responsibilities
- Conducts admissions and assessments
- Provides clinical over-sight of EBP in the milieu and in the delivery of person-centered services
- Provides individual and group services
- Provides clinical/supervisory supervision of direct care staff
- Teaches and facilitates Evidence Based and Psychiatric Rehabilitation practices with a direct care staff
- Ensures quality assurance outcomes including for the person served, CARF accreditation and licensing standards
