Globe Education Network, Woodbury campus, seeks an individual interested in becoming a Network Admissions Report and Support Specialist. This position is responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports that support the admissions department.  Additional responsibilities will include receiving live inbound calls for transfer to available Admissions Representatives. They will also interact with live web chats, and texting technology to answer inquiry questions and transfer potential student to available Admissions Representatives.  Network Admissions Report and Support Specialists will make outbound calls for special calling campaigns, return voice mail and third party messages as needed, provide direct mail and e-mail fulfillment support and maintain presentations used by Admissions Representatives.

Network Admission Report and Support Specialists will assist with data entry of prospect inquiries, processing of Admission Representative database activity requests, and assisting with special projects that may require working knowledge in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CampusVue. The Network Admission Report and Support Specialists will support Globe Education Network by following consistent admissions policy and procedures. Attention to detail and strong customer service skills are necessary.

Education Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Strong understanding of Excel required

- Knowledge of CampusVue and Admissions Standard Operating Procedures helpful

- Strong communication skills required

- Customer service experience required
