DESCRIPTION/DUTIES: In this position, your primary responsibilities include: Working with buyers, real estate agents, and lenders through the entire closing process; prepare files for closing; schedule closings; prepare HUD 1 statements and read lender instructions. In this position you will provide superior customer service via phone and email. In this position you will work 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in a business casual environment.

REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of two years experience in the closing mortgages, 40 wpm in typing, solid computer skills, and ability to multitask in an extremely busy environment. High school diploma or GED required.
