The Patient Information Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations of patient information staff. The supervisor provides workflow direction and supervision consistent with achieving outcomes. Other responsibilities include achieving coordination, consistency and integration in the operation of the clinic site, assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures., assisting in strategic planning and budgeting, and leading and/or participating in improvement projects/teams.

Minimum Education
Associate Degree in functional area
Preferred Education
Bachelors of Science
Two years of experience in functional area
Preferred Experience
Previous supervisory experience
High level of creative problem solving skills and priority setting. Previous ambulatory care experience preferred. Willingness to work at various sites is encouraged.
