Customer Service Representative/Technician
SignaPay, a national leader in the credit card processing industry, is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to its Plymouth, MN team. The position is full time Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am – 5pm. Position will start with a $13/hour base pay. Duties will include the handling of inbound calls from current customers with questions as well as the setup of new accounts, managing equipment inventory, troubleshooting/problem solving Point-of-Sale equipment issues, and outbound phone calls for customer retention. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
