Senior Advertising Coordinator
Ensures and establishes strong working relationships with account executives and advertisers. Effectively and efficiently coordinates all aspects of print advertising. Acts as the liaison between internal departments and outside vendors to ensure timely flow of all projects. Coordinates the necessary components for print advertising products to ensure accuracy in layout/design, mechanical requirements and billing. Manages linkages and maintains working relationships with Sales, Operations, Marketing and customer service personnel in effectively.
Requires: previous customer service experience; strong aptitude toward and knowledge of various computer applications; ability to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines; good communication, planning, collaborative and problem solving skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to details; ability to multi-task; must be able to work independently and under minimal supervision; strong customer service orientation, time management and prioritization skills. Prefer: post high school education.
