Humera, formerly Dolphin Staffing, is seeking a Business Support Specialist I to work at a large grocery retail and supply chain store in Eden Prairie. The work includes a variety of specialized duties that supports the functional operations while focusing on tasks that are unique to the department. This is a short-term contracted assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains complex records, collects data/information, updates reports, checks information for accuracy for special projects
- Responds to inquiries specific to department, prepares form letters for customer issues, answers department phones and prepares/balances data
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Experience with MS Office
- Excellent reading, writing, math and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team or individually
- Attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to follow verbal and written communication
