You’ve worked hard developing your customer service, sales and business skills. As a Customer Specialist Trainee, you will complete 14 weeks of corporate and on the job training that will prepare you for the Customer Specialist role. Walser’s training program will teach you valuable lessons to develop skills in sales, customer service and financing.

As a member of this fast-paced team, you’ll be responsible for:• Setting appointments from internet and phone leads • Working with walk-in customers • Fostering relationships with customers • Leading customers through the entire sales process • Educating customers on financial products and financing options available to them • Following up with customers after the purchase • Other miscellaneous duties as required

- Must have a valid driver's license in state of residence
- Must meet Walser driving standards (have a good driving record)
