ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is a temporary position.
Outbound calling to identified customers explaining program benefits. The purpose is to encourage enrollment. Duties also include: administrative tasks associated with enrollment, non-clinical patient contact for current enrollee's, and monthly courtesy calls to obtain updated information. This Customer Service position requires an empathic skill set and strong interpersonal skills.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledgeable regarding medical terminology, excellent telephone etiquette
Three plus years in outbound calling in a Customer Service role
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
High School Diploma
