AE2S, an award winning civil/environmental engineering firm, is seeking a Business Development Director for its Bismarck, Fargo or Grand Forks, ND or Maple Grove, MN office. This position reports to the CEO, and will be responsible for directing market development, market analyses and research, sales, marketing, and promotional activities in support of the strategic plan of the firm; and for evaluating and developing strategies for broadening the business base of the firm. The successful candidate will serve as Manager of Marketing, manage the Group Managers, and serve as the business development liaison with the Executive Committee.
