Integrated Home Care is looking for a casual Medical Social Worker.  Complete psychosocial, financial, environmental assessments and recommendations to clients in their private homes.  Must have current social work license (LGSW, LISW, or LICSW) and 1-2 yrs current social work experience in a health care setting,  Must have driver's license, reliable car and auto insurance.  Strong computer skills desired.
