Duties include: Recruiting new brokers; providing product and sales training for producers; seeking marketing and production opportunities with new marketing partners.
Position requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; six years experience in sales and territory management in financial services/insurance; broker background or experience with benefit brokers preferred; knowledge of worksite or health care insurance products; strong computer and communications skills, extensive travel; licensed in insurance sales preferred. Prefer candidate to work out of the home office or live within driving distance of the home office.
