Job Description:
Humera is looking for 6 Customer Service Representatives for a medical technologies company! Our client is committed to innovating for life by pushing the boundaries of medical technology and changing the way the world treats chronic disease. This is a year long contract assignment. The required schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming district and regional calls
  • Communicate information from calls to field staff
  • Compete fax orders
  • Determine urgency of caller's request
  • Follow call escalation procedures
  • Monitor queue of open message requests
  • Process product knowledge
  • Receive and process customer requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Key customer information into a computer
  • Work with business unit field employees

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • High School diploma required, Undergraduate degree desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Call center and data entry experience
  • Knowledge of SAP, JDE, BAAN or Oracle
  • Experience with SAP transaction codes VA01, VA02, and VA03 or SAP Order Management
  • Minimum of 60 words per minute typing speed
  • Follow-through skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette skills
