DESCRIPTION/DUTIES: In this position, your primary responsibilities include: Providing superior customer service, making outbound calls to set up appointments, and documentation of the call.
REQUIREMENTS: Customer service experience in an outbound calling environment, computer literacy, and great data entry skills. Educational Requirements: H.S. Diploma, or GED. Candidate should have a professional phone demeanor, be a quick learner, and able to multi task and document at the same time.
