This position is responsible for directing the work of a minimum of 40 employees, including two supervisors and one manager, to assure the best possible customer service experience with the collection of patient liability accounts in an EPIC SBO environment.  This position will also have direct responsibility for support services staff and management of specialty lines of business that includes payer teams. Responsible for the management of contracted vendors. 


Qualifications

Degree in business management, health care of a related field or 7 years experience in a health care Central Business Office with provider/payer billing and emphasis on customer service, at least 4 years was in a supervisory or higher position. 

Must have EPIC certification in either Hospital Billing, Professional Billing for Single Billing Office (SBO).
