Tactile Systems manufactures and distributes the Flexitouch®, an innovative lymphedema treatment system, also FDA-approved for the treatment of chronic wounds. Tactile Systems has an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated and experienced professional to join our Marketing department.

The Associate Product (Marketing) Manager will act as an expert in our Flexitouch system and three market segments. They must understand and stay informed about an ever-changing payer climate and competitive intelligence.  They will evaluate market and field needs, and with the direction of the Marketing Director, develop initiatives to drive brand awareness, growth, and adoption of the Flexitouch system in all market segments (vascular, VA, and lymphedema therapists).  Will also ensure consistent messaging across all markets, drive initiatives and projects to completion on-time and within budget (including managing outside vendors and agency), and assist with the development and implementation of launch plans.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years marketing experience, associate product management experience a plus
  • Medical device experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in an organization
  • Strong project management skills
  • Travel 20-30 percent
