Responsible for monitoring and administering ERP operation systems/software (including but not limite to: software patch testing, change management, new development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting).

Providing recommendation for system improvements.

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies applications and systems (including, but not limited to: coding, testing, debugging and installing to support organizational needs).

Formulates systems to support overall business strategies.

Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.

Writes and details description of user needs, programming functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
