Duties:
· Receive incoming service requests from customers and Account Managers
· Log all actions and maintain accurate records
· Prioritize work/scheduling of emergency calls, along with maintaining rounds schedule for service technicians
· Monitor location and daily activity of service technicians
· Provide customers with updates on job status
· Review, code, and file tickets for all service employees
· Coordinate the purchasing of parts
Requirements:
· Proficient in data entry
· 4+ years work experience in commercial trades setting
· Service scheduling or dispatch experience
· Ability to operate office equipment (PC, copier, 10-key, fax)
