As a Wells Fargo Phone Banker, you’ll answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote and sell products and services for Wells Fargo customers. Phone Bankers have clearly defined objectives around sales and service that are measured daily. Phone Bankers are responsible for responding to both routine and complex inquiries and complaints from customers regarding
financial products and services. The best Phone Bankers thrive on customer interaction and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the customer’s relationship with Wells Fargo. This position requires basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple applications and utilize search tools to find information. We provide our Phone Bankers with development opportunities which enhances their ability to provide exemplary service and positively impacts their career growth.
We offer a variety of flexible full and part-time shifts that range between Sunday and Saturday, which includes working weekends, at least $11.86 starting hourly wage, a generous incentive program, tuition reimbursement, very comprehensive benefits and paid time off.
Training class will begin in September.
