Roles and Responsibilites of Tax Manager
Prepares and reviews individual and business income tax returns
Researches and consults on various federal and state tax matters
Utilizes tax-related software
Supervises and coordinates activities of the tax staff
Develops tax policies and procedures and ensures compliance
Effectively communicates and explains tax law and policies to clients
Performs tax planning and provides strategy services to clients throughtout the year to optimize the client's tax position and business objectives

Salary and Benefits
Salary range is from $50k to 75k depending on candidate level of experience
Benefits are available to candidates applying for a full-time position
Relocation package provided
Flexible Schedule options for full and part-time candidates

4 or more years of tax return preparation experience
Prior Big 4 or regional firm experience a plus
CPA in good standing
A Bachelor's Degree is required. A Master's Degree in Tax or Accounting is preferred
